Interview Process
Resume Screening
Interested students will be required to submit their resume along with their transcript and a small essay question on why they want to join and what they will bring to the club.
Behavioral Interview
Once passing the resume screening and meeting the minimum GPA, students will just be interviewed to assess their soft skills along with their communication skills
Case Study Interview
After the behavioral interview, students will be invited for one last interview where they will have to identify ways to solve their problem. This will assess their logic and problem-solving skills.
Project Cycle

Project Kick-Off focuses on setting goals, defining roles, and creating a clear roadmap to ensure team alignment. Week 1 involves interviewing and selecting team members, followed by Week 2, where roles, responsibilities, and project objectives are finalized. In Weeks 3 and 4, the team researches potential clients, identifies high-potential opportunities, and maps out areas where the project can deliver measurable value.

Client Meeting focuses on client engagement, refining scope, and finalizing agreements for alignment. In Week 5, targeted client conversations are initiated to assess their needs and challenges. Week 6 involves presenting tailored solutions, refining the project scope, and confirming mutual expectations. In Week 7, the team collaborates with clients to finalize the project topic, define objectives, and outline expected outcomes. Finally, in Week 8, contract formalities are completed, with sign-offs on the project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure alignment.

Interim Presentation Preparation focuses on project execution, client alignment, and team readiness. Week 9 involves client coordination for training, followed by Week 10, where the team completes necessary training. In Weeks 11-12, project work begins per objectives and milestones, ensuring alignment with client needs. Finally, Week 13 focuses on ongoing execution and integrating initial feedback.

Mid & Final Presentation focuses on reviewing progress, incorporating feedback, and delivering final outcomes. In Week 14, an interim presentation summarizes findings and areas for improvement. Week 15 involves adjusting the project plan based on client feedback to ensure alignment. Finally, in Week 16, the final presentation delivers results, solutions, and recommendations while gathering feedback for future opportunities.
